1. Our promise
iSmartKid is built for children first. Every design decision starts with one question: is this safe and good for a child? These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.
2. Safe by design
- No ads, ever, and no in-lesson upsells aimed at children.
- No open chat and no messaging between users.
- No public profiles. Children choose an avatar, never a photo.
- Parental gate in front of purchases, settings and links that leave the app.
- Minimal data: we never ask a child for an email, phone number or location.
3. Content you can trust
Lessons are created by our in-house educators and animators. Every lesson goes through a draft, review and publish process before children see it, and is matched to an age track (3–5, 6–8, 9–11 and 12–14).
4. Parents stay in control
- Parents create the account and each child profile.
- The parent dashboard shows what your child is learning and how they’re doing.
- Screen-time limits and break reminders help keep learning balanced.
- You can download or delete your child’s data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Tips for families
- Keep your parent password private, and don’t share it with children.
- For younger children, learn together, especially the first few times.
- Agree a daily learning time, and use screen-time limits to stick to it.
- Talk with your child about staying safe online, both in and beyond iSmartKid.
6. Report a concern
If you see anything on iSmartKid that seems unsafe or inappropriate for children, tell us straight away at support@lacspace.com. We review every safety report as a priority. Security issues can be reported to security@lacspace.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In India, call 112 or the CHILDLINE helpline 1098. In Nepal, call 100 or the Child Helpline 1098.
